This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the architect and design team to create your vision.
Construction
Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.

About WTW Construction
Todd grew up in Richmond, VA and earned his BA in Finance from the University of Virginia. After 3 years working for GE Capital upon graduating, Todd followed his lifelong music passion, touring the world in a rock band. His musical pursuits brought him to Nashville in late 2013.
Todd discovered his passion for construction when he completed a "to the studs" renovation on his historic home in East Nashville. From there, Todd accelerated his knowledge by learning from experts in the business. He spent the next 3 years as a Project Manager in construction and development in Nashville and was exposed to a wide variety of projects, including additions, historic remodels, and residential new construction. During this time, Todd gained additional experience by taking on his own projects on nights and weekends. In 2020, Todd became a licensed General Contractor and started WTW Construction Co, LLC.
Todd and his team at WTW Construction have completed over 30 projects in the Nashville area since inception. WTW's portfolio of residential projects includes: 3 ground-up new construction single family homes, 12 new construction DADUs, and over 15 residential remodels, flips, and custom additions.
